When you arrive at Sfbaythc you must provide a California driver.s license or a valid California ID. Upon qualification you will receive the actual medical marijuana card the same day. It is important that you bring any medical documentation supporting your previous diagnosis. You can obtain medical records by contacting your physician to request them and bring in them personally or you can have your doctor directly mail us a copy of your records before coming in. If you do not have medical records you can still come in for a consultation and based upon our diagnosis you may be eligible for a recommendation. You must be 18 years or older to qualify for Prop 215 card or a medical cannabis card.
